Whereas other people really struggle to control their weight, and find the compulsion and cravings for food unbearable. Simply put, naturally thin people think differently about food. In most cases it is not what you eat, it is how you eat and how you perceive food. Diets don’t tend work in the long run. People stay on diets for a while and soon their body adjusts, and the weight starts going back on. With my method I can help you to think and feel differently about food, which will in turn enable you to lose weight and feel much more healthy without having to change your diet.
